At TimeTrek (timetrek.shop), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we’re here to help make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@timetrek.com or via our Contact Page to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Once you receive the RA number, you can send the item back to us using your preferred shipping method.
  • Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Personalized or engraved items

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products within 30 days of purchase. If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned product.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at info@timetrek.com or through the Contact Page to initiate your return or exchange.
  • Step 2: You will receive an RA number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Step 3: Ship the product back to us using your preferred carrier. Be sure to securely package the item to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Step 4: Once we receive the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

6. Gift Returns

If you received a TimeTrek product as a gift and need to return or exchange it, we can assist with that as well. Simply reach out to our customer service team with your order number or gift receipt.

7. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.

Frequently asked questions

We provide a 6-month warranty starting from the date of your order. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damage caused by accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will work quickly to resolve the problem by arranging a replacement, sending the missing items, or offering a suitable solution. Tracking your order depends on the shipping method selected.

If your order was shipped via UPS or DHL, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment on the UPS or DHL websites.

For orders shipped with regular airmail (without tracking), please note that delivery times are only estimates and can vary. We recommend waiting for the estimated delivery period provided for your country. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

If you need to exchange or return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure the items are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the return address provided. Please use your preferred shipping method. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is safely returned.
  4. Return Fee: Please note that a return fee of 15% of the total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking and processing costs.
  5. Processing Your Exchange/Refund:

Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item. You will receive a confirmation email once the new item has been shipped.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the 15% return fee, to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Yes, you can cancel or change your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. To make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.
